My favorite body parts to workout are definitely legs and glutes. As someone with a lot of foot and ankle complications, I don’t do a lot of lunges to the front or back due to the pressure put on specific parts of the foot and ankle. That being said, I have a long list of other types of weighted workouts I frequently use to work the legs and glutes!
In these videos, I’m using a 35 lb free weight. I also use a 40 lb (depends on how I’m feeling that day) or a 40 lb barbell over my shoulders.
Try doing 10 reps of each with a 5-10 second break between sets. Then repeat the entire thing 2-3 more times!
1. 10 Squats
2. 10 Squats with a Pulse at the Bottom
3. 10 side lunges (complete 10 per side)
4. 10 Dead Lifts
Repeat the series 2-3 more times!
