Welcome! I am so glad you found me!

A little background for the curious type – I am an HR Executive with more than 15+ years in corporate development. I am currently the Vice President of Talent Development at Avetta, a SaaS platform that helps clients manage supply chain risk. In May of 2022, I was honored by Utah Business as a 30 Women to Watch for shifting the culture at my organization to one of coaching, mentoring and leadership to develop talent from within. Prior to Avetta, I held various leadership positions within training and talent development for companies like eBay and American Express.

When not at Avetta, along with my partner, I help run a 501c Non-profit called Kid’s Heroes whose mission is to provide smiles and financial assistance to children in need by dressing up as the superheroes they look up to every day (and other fundraising efforts). I currently serve on the Daybreak Community Association Board, am an advisor with Utah State University, Utah Women and Leadership project, and am passionate about supporting women ascend to executive positions and stay there.
