I love to work abs! This is a great machine with many possible workout variations. I’m not sure what it’s called, but its great. This workout will leave you sore and shaky even though it may look easy!
Tip: To avoid your forearms sliding, put paper towels under your arms between you and the arm rest.
1. 10 reps (front)
2. 12 reps (front-right-front-left)
3. 10 reps (combo: front, right/left)
4. 10 reps (I’m using a 5 lb weight)
Repeat the series 2-3 more times!
