For at home workouts, consider getting a yoga mat that is both comfy and beautiful!

 

It is very true, that abs are made in the kitchen.  You need to really take your diet seriously in order to lean out so that those abs are visible!

That being said, it’s also very important to have a strong core.  Your core supports so much of your body.  Even if those abs aren’t totally visible, we still want them to be there!

With abs, it’s good to have a wide variety of workouts.  You want to be sure you are targeting upper, mid, and lower abs as well as your side obliques.  This will keep your core evenly toned (even if you may not be able to see it!) and strong enough to support your body.

Here is one ab workout that is part of my mix.

Try 20 reps of each (10 per side) and  aim for 4-5 sets!

    This workout looks like it would leave your core feeling quite sore!

      Yes! I have to say, the first few times it definitely did and still does now if I don’t do it for awhile!
